Is hibernation bad for SSD?

Is hibernation in Windows 10 really not recommended if the system is installed on an SSD? If so, how critical is the operation of hibernation during standard PC operation - switching on and switching to hibernation mode 1-2 times a day?

To live in principle is harmful, they die from it.
Calculate how many "extra" terabytes the computer will write to the SSD (1-2 times a day the amount of your RAM), see what resource your SSD has, and what percentage of the resource "eats" hibernation per year.
Draw your own conclusion.

I'm on the most deshman SSD with TBW = 60,
for two years of use, I haven't even written 2 terabytes yet,
i.e. judging by this indicator = enough for another 58 years)))
and on modern SSD this parameter can be safely multiplied by 10
instead of hibernation, you can use sleep mode

A cactus next to the disk will save it from the harmful effects of hibernation.

Is hibernation bad for SSD?
Work is harmful for SSD - it has long been known that horses die from work, and SSD even more so.
And hibernation is generally no side to SSD.
In general, absolutely harmless.
