Is Habr suitable for publishing RFC translations?

I want to translate for the newly minted RFC 8484, dedicated to DNS over HTTPS, in order to kill two birds with one stone (understand this technology and pump English).
I'm thinking of publishing a translation on habré (sharing with non-scribblers in English, and at the same time raising my karma)
Is habr suitable for such publications?

I think there are better resources for this . Experience shows that fresh rfcs are raw and are further actively supplemented by other documents.
