Is General Touch Co.,Ltd operational?

I am in the hands of Archlinux:

#> uname -a
Linux aa8aba8f-be8c-4f95-a7f4-2fde735694c2 4.14.12-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Fri Jan 5 18:19:34 UTC 2018 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I have a touchscreen:

#> xinput list-props 9

#> grep -e "Using input driver 'libinput'" Xorg.0.log

The problem is that the tap-to-touch event doesn't fire . In a full-screen OpenGL application, the cursor moves, but clicking on any area has no effect.
Tapes happen in libinput debug-events , that is, the device itself seems to work correctly.
I would be very grateful for any tips, because googling did not give anything.
