Is everything included in the diagram?

Electromagnetic mass accelerator. Gun Gauss.

More of a question for capacitors, since the voltage is lower than the mains, and the volume of 940 microfarads is not significant.

The Diode is also questionable, as is the thyristor LT 348D SBL3040PT.

Capacitor fun bangs when you turn on the network.
The light bulb is a so-so current limiter, it has a temperature-resistance curve literally "in the wrong direction" (it has a positive TCR, and a negative one is needed to charge the capacitor).
The diode is also worthless, it has a maximum voltage of 100 volts, but it would be necessary to 630.
In short, this is fireworks.
