Is elastic ip free for free micro instance in aws?
When I extinguish a car according to the rules, I lose ip, I would like to fix it with elastic ip, but I don’t want to spend extra money on experiments.

Yes, absolutely free for the first micro instance for the first year.
Just be sure to bind it to instance, if it is not bound, you will pay for every hour of idle IP.
