Is Drupal Pressflow worth taking version 7 or is it worth getting the standard core from drupal.org?

Is it worth building a site on version number 7, will there be any advantage compared to the usual Drupal core? As far as I could understand from the English description on their website, a good increase is only for drupal 6. The
question arose after reading "Speeding up Drupal: Pressflow + Nginx + Varnish" from Habr, but the material is from 2010 ...

If I'm not mistaken, most of the ideas from Pressflow 6 were used in one way or another in the core of Drupal 7.
