Is Dropbox Hacked?
Tonight, a group of hackers claimed that they had hacked the Dropbox service and gained access to the database.
A few hours later, Dropbox tweeted to deny the claim and went in for repairs.
Isn't all this strange? The https://forums.dropbox.com
forum is seething with new complaints and indignation from users who cannot log into their accounts.

Likewise. The application does not connect, it does not let through the web interface.
Where did you find in that message that they got access to the database? In my opinion, there is generally only about the site written. And to which database: accounts (logins / passwords) or the files themselves.
Everything is ok, two-factor authorization by SMS is enabled.
