Is DHCP filtering by MAC possible for two different areas on Win Server?

Greetings, Comrades!
Win server has such a wonderful thing as MAC filtering. It's just that it is located at the root of IPv4 and works globally. And how would you make it so that each area has its own MAC filtering?
For example, there are two subnets 2.0/24 - where only those who have MAC added to allowed can connect. And there is a second subnet 30.0/24 - where everyone can connect. The problem is that if I activate MAC filtering, then it will work on both areas, and therefore if there is no MAC in the allowed ones, then no one will connect to the second subnet. How to be?

Imho problem for radius. Question - how do you distinguish which subnet to issue addresses to? How many interfaces per server?
