Is Corel Draw for Web up to date?

Do you use CoreDraw in web development, or are you familiar with such cases today?
In one of the neighboring questions Replacing Photoshop with a layout designer? there was a statement that no one had used it on the web for a long time, but is it really worth asking.
Are you aware of the phenomena in which CorelDraw in one way or another continues to be used in projects by your or other companies

@Olek1

What does it mean in web development?
If you draw vector graphics (logos, icons, etc.) - why not? A matter of taste. Corel has a bad reputation in the printing industry due to problems with color separations (it happened a few years ago, I don’t know how it is now), but this is irrelevant for the web. Editor as editor.
If you mean drawing exactly the layout - I have never seen this in many years in the industry. To use him in this capacity means to become a marginal, which at least creates problems for everyone like "how should I work with this?"
In fact, in the real world, 99% of layouts are drawn in Photoshop or Sketch, depending on religious affiliation.
