Photoshop: how to get live shape properties back?

Created a vector shape in Photoshop. Now it needs to be changed, but I cannot open the properties of the shape (only the mask remains). Here is a video with exactly the same problem, please watch it.
How to solve the problem? This video didn't help me. I read on foreign forums about this problem, but did not come across a solution.

Don't you have shape control properties in the top toolbar when you select the appropriate tool?

I think it has to do with the version of Photoshop. I have the same bullshit on Photoshop CS6 X64. So it's relevant in 2k19. If anyone knows how to solve, write.
