Hello!
Composer stopped working yesterday in phpstorm =(
I wanted to find a solution on my own, but nothing happened, the composer does not work with any of the reps. Screenshot

Check your antivirus. He may have blocked the connection. Add it to the exclusions. If this does not help, then try reinstalling or updating to 8.0.3.
