Is CleanMyMac good?

Hello. My Macbook is slow and I am looking for a solution. I heard about CleanMyMac and Drive Genius. Are these apps good?

sucks. everything they do, you can do for free yourself, you just need to learn.
but you don’t have to learn: these applications (at least SMM) are ingenious wiring for hamsters in a very elegant shell.
