Is Calibri a standard font?

I make up a site from PSD. I have a poppy and photoshop when opening it said that there are non-existent fonts - Calibri and Calibri Bold. Downloaded in the internet - installed - everything is ok.
But do I need to throw them into the font folder in the design? Are they standard in themselves and are they usually present in the system or not? I do not want to increase the page by 600kb out of the blue.

Calibri only appeared in Win 7, so it's not a standard font. Although, of course, many people have. I would advise not to use font-face, but to do with the usual degradation through font-family: Calibri, Arial, sans-serif;

On Windows it is, but for Mac it is not installed as standard, @font-face will help.
