Is C# worth it for a web developer?

What more or less large projects are written in C # (ASP.NET)? Everywhere I see java, go, python, node, php, etc., but sharpe has not noticed anywhere else.

1) There are not very many large public systems on .net. Macrosoft site, stackoverflow, dodo pizza and others.
2) Most of the systems on .net are internal systems in large enterprises and government structures. Let's say CRM and ERP system in a factory. Approximately the same thing happens in Java, only there are still more public companies.
3) In short, .net back-end developers make very complex systems in companies related to real business and government. Loot for this very good money. But there are few startups on .net.

The title doesn't really match the description of the question itself. Decipher in more detail.
For example, in web development, with approximately equal skill, c# developer gets more money than php developer. Why do the same for less money?
In this vein, c# definitely deserves attention. But, again, the question is not very clear.
