Is buying a Macbook Pro 13 worth it?

I would like to get advice on whether to buy a new macbook pro 13 (128 ssd 8 ram i5) 2017 model without touchbara. Since windows is not stable with its frequent crashes in various programs. I have been looking at macbooks for a long time, but still the price ($ 1400 for this model) bites a lot. But it appeared possible to purchase this model at a discount for $ 930.
Maybe someone could share the experience of using this macbook (how does it behave in everyday use, is it suitable for the frontend), how often do you have problems with the keyboard, maybe someone had a flexgate problem?
Or just express your opinion on whether it is worth taking such a poppy for $ 930.
As for me, the price for such a laptop is very attractive, given that the laptop is new.

version 128 disk is not necessary to take. unless you're a writer and you're looking for a typewriter, or you need a MacBook as a stylish, cool iPad replacement.

I do not agree with the previous answer, I personally have a disk of 128 with my head, even with the presence of a windows virtual machine for site tests. I just store only projects for the last year on the beech, then I transfer them to the archive on an external drive. If you do not download movies and do not install games, then with your head, it will even remain. I have a lot of software to work with and an OS with cache and other garbage takes 60Gb.
But Apple recognized flexgate only on 2016 beeches. But at a friend’s 2017 15th, the cable just frayed, but not the backlight, but the matrix itself and the picture went pixelated. It depends on how you will use it, do not open the lid all the way and that's it)
