Is AMD A6 worth taking for these tasks?

I'm looking for a laptop for HD video, document editing (*docx) and the Internet.
But the budget is very limited. I'm considering taking it with an Intel N4200 processor (Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15IAP 80XR00FTRU) or AMD A6 9210 (LENOVO V110-15AST (80TD002KRK)). The first has passive cooling, which is very alarming. What do you say?

On video and surf the same way, in AMD Word faster, tk. Word is single-threaded.
On cooling - look for reviews from the owners, taking 6 watts is not a problem, but even here they could save on a radiator)

AMD A6 9210 is still a boiler, even for simple tasks (what can I say, even at idle it heats up), I used it myself,
and the Intel N4200 is more enduring and don’t look at passive cooling, it doesn’t really need an active, especially yours the goals are not to launch programs that load percents one hundred percent
