I heard that displays may not fit with mounts and a video cable.

What should match - diagonal, cable (30 or 40 pins), cable location (left or right), backlight type (LED vs lamps);
What does not affect: haze, technology (tn / ips), resolution (can be increased to fullHD if the video card pulls (discrete / built-in));
Mounts are universal.
I think everything is typical with Acer.
