Is a webcam a technically complex product?

I bought a webcam, but I didn’t like it (the quality is not very good),
can I return it? 2 weeks have not passed

Actually there are 2 lists:

1. "Перечень технически сложных товаров"
2. "Перечень непродовольственных товаров надлежащего качества, не подлежащих возврату или обмену на аналогичный товар других размера, формы, габарита, фасона, расцветки или комплектации"

(there are both on the Internet), the webcam falls into the second list (point 11), so it is formally non-refundable. But usually normal stores return without problems, while maintaining the appearance, of course.

Who's stopping you from trying?
You take and try, nothing special (except for a passport and a check) is needed.
Do not take, referring to the complexity of the goods? Not a question, you are claiming incorrectly declared characteristics. Read on the packaging and in the instructions about some sensitivity suites and find fault with them.
