Is a mobile game with money withdrawal legally possible in 2021?

Is it possible in Russia, from a legal point of view, a mobile online game in which the player competes with other players (as in all online games), and earns game coins (candy wrappers) for defeating an opponent, which then, when you reach a certain amounts, you can withdraw real money to your e-wallet, for example (like a loyalty program that encourages users with cash prizes, Google does not seem to forbid this)?
The main thing here, as in any online game, is to defeat the opponent, and the withdrawal of coins is a loyalty program.
Would this be considered gambling?
And what other pitfalls are there?

In gambling, by definition, chance plays a big role. If you have this, then the game is gambling and it is illegal.
It seems that there is nothing terrible in your case, but this "withdrawal threshold" already smells of boxes and casinos.
And yes, the loyalty program does not imply earnings for the end user. And even some Steam, although it allows you to earn money, does not provide for the withdrawal of money.
In short, the correct answer is no.
