Is a laptop with an Intel graphics card suitable for a web developer?

Lenovo IdeaPad 530S laptop with Intel UHD Graphics 620 video card.
Sometimes it is necessary to open photoshop and cut pictures from a template, but mostly I work in word processors, IDE, browser, Android studio.
Will this option work or not?

Will do. A laptop with a discrete graphics card is much more expensive, but a graphics card is absolutely not needed for photoshop. First of all, pay attention to the processor , then to the amount of RAM . Everything else is not so important.
+ you may notice that the lower models of macbooks have built-in video cards, but they are often bought for work.
