I am looking for a job and they offer a free internship in web development (I have been studying it for some time, and I like it) for 3-4 weeks before applying for a job, but they will take it according to the results of the internship. Or go to another job? They take them right away without an internship, but I don’t like the direction (1C).
I’ve just been looking for a job for a long time, I’m afraid that if they don’t take me after the internship, I’ll look for a job for a long time. Yes, and there is a problem with money, if not for this, then I immediately went for an internship in the web.

To evaluate this offer, we need more information about the company, and the conditions of the internship (is it really a full-time job?). In general, large companies do not practice unpaid full-time work, even if it is an internship.

Depends on the company and your level of knowledge.
In small companies, there is a big chance that they will simply say 'thank you' and get a free employee and then hire the same person in your place. Free labor is great for an employer.
