Is a diploma in Belarus required for a Russian citizen to be employed?
I am from Russia, but I want to move to Belarus. I dropped out of college, I don't have a diploma. Question: Is a diploma required at the legislative level for employment? Or, just like in Russia, does it depend on the employer, they say, whether he will look at it or not (if he does not get a job in a state institution)?

"The Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on Ensuring Equal Rights of Citizens of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus to Freedom of Movement, Choice of Place of Stay and Residence in the Territories of the States Members of the Union State" (as amended on 03/03/2015)
The bottom line is that for Russians Belarus is exactly the same as Russia. And vice versa.
Accordingly, a diploma is not required, and it all depends on the employer, but I can say from experience that not everyone wants to bother with the employment of a Russian. Except for Aichi, there's no fucking here.
there are positions for which VO is mandatory according to the staffing table.
