Is a dedicated server faster than vps?

Tell me, will there be a profit if you move from vps to a dedicated physical server?
Whether the response time, script processing, etc. will improve.
All this in the context of a web application in php mysql nginx

In terms of performance it should be like this. But there are nuances.
VPS usually works in a cluster, and if one of the cluster servers fails, the cluster does not fall, but performance does.
With physics, if the server crashes, then everything dies immediately and irrevocably. Those. when moving, you should take care of backups and be aware of the risks.

Well, you asked... It depends on what kind of dedicated server and what VPS.
After all, a virtual server may well be much faster than a Dedik.

Is a dedicated server faster than vps?
Differently. It happens that a virtual server works hundreds of times faster than a dedicated one, sometimes vice versa.

if the resources do not cut hard, then there will be no difference in the context of one user
