Is 25Mbps the maximum for a wi-fi connection on the TL-WR740N?

For several years I used wi-fi purely for YouTube / networks, not really paying attention to speed, because for them it was quite enough. From time to time, of course, I downloaded something, but mostly documents and books and didn’t pay attention to speed either.
However, after replacing the phone, when I had to download applications / music on a new one, I noticed that the download is at a speed of 2.5-3MB / sec from any sources (Speedtest from Ookla shows 25Mbps) with a tariff plan of 100 Mbps and the corresponding one (10-11MB / sec) speed via cable.
The wi-fi settings are as follows (They were set empirically - with auto / other options it came out below):

Is this really the right speed for this router (taking into account the declared support for 802.11n)?

And what does it give out on the cable from this router?
Most likely, the air was overloaded, it also happened that at 2.4 it did not give out speed due to the many neighbors, because in the neighborhood another 53 networks were caught, twisted out of reluctance and having 2-3 Chinese repeaters in the apartments. I had to divert the main clients to 5GHz, then it began to give out what is required

The router can support at least 802.11z, but if your mobile supports 802.11g, you will be sitting on g and that's it. And for him, this speed is just the ultimate dream.
