IRC server with support for Flash Policy and Cyrillic nicknames?

There is such a wonderful gate in IRC on flash: LightIRC . It’s a pity that it doesn’t work with all servers - it swears at some flash security settings on the server, and this obviously applies to any flash gates. On the other hand, there are a considerable number of bourgeois IRC servers that have everything in order with this setting. But the problem is that these bourgeois servers do not support Cyrillic nicknames. Domestic servers with the installed flash policy could not be found. Somehow I don’t want to raise my server for the sake of one room I need.
Please let me know if any of you faced similar problem. Or someone has their own IRC server and you can take me in :) Installing this flash thing, judging by the instructions , will not take much time.
