IPv6 on a smartphone?
What gives access to the Internet via IPv6 on a smartphone in particular and in general?
For example, such a service is available on MTS.

Virtually nothing. If there are sites that are available only via ipv6, then this is a drop in the ocean, and it is unlikely that you will suddenly need any of them.
A plus may be a larger pool of addresses from the provider, and, accordingly, fewer different additional captchas, etc. Or even separate addresses for all subscribers, but this depends on the organization of the provider's network, and is not just mandatory with ipv6.
In general, this is not harmful, but it does not carry any noticeable buns with it.
I would not be so unequivocal with the answer. Pluses at least:
1) operation of p2p applications (for example, direct SIP telephony without dedicated SBCs)
2) access to blocked resources (to their v6 version)
3) after all, this is a public address on the device with all the consequences
