IPS - does the matrix distort colors?

Hello!
The problem with ips-matrices on a laptop, strongly distorts colors.
What could be the reason for this behavior when red is displayed as red!
The rest of the colors, respectively, are also crooked.
Here are some examples:
ACER NITRO5 AN515-41 [A12-9730P/ RAM DDR4 8Gb/ Radeon RX550 4Gb/ .../Win10Home]
HP
5c44b73e715aa656426214.jpeg
Omen 15 [i5-7300HQ/RAM DDR4 16Gb/GeForce 1050 4Gb/.../ Win10Home]
5c44b747b935f922880770.jpeg
Pure red color - 255 0 0. It's
impossible to do graphics! In the editor (anything from Paint to Photoshop) everything is dark, pastel colors, on phones and other machines the colors come out very saturated ...
What is the essence of the problem, why does no one write about it?
