iPhone does not recognize USB network adapter

iPhone 3g does not respond to the USB charging adapter (Chinese). Moreover, the adapter normally charges other devices and produces a normal voltage. The USB cable seems to be in order too, it charges normally from a laptop. What could be the reason?

What about an iPhone adapter?
In order to make more money, and maybe for other objective reasons, Apple has made it impossible to charge their devices simply from powered USB. You need to buy an iPhone/iPod ready.

Maybe it's the amps.
I have a similar and at the same time reverse situation at home, but with an audio player - it does not want to be charged from a Chinese power supply, from which the iPod Touch is normally charged.

It's all about the contacts on the cord. I resoldered the cord from the Chinese charger to the Nokia charger, the flight is normal. I've been using it for a couple of years now.
