IPB forum cuts special characters ($,()...), how to fix?

Out of the box, IPB cuts almost all characters, dollars, brackets, and so on, when searching natively. There is a lot of text and examples with code on the site - forum, how can you "upgrade the search" so that it works adequately with queries with special characters and so on?
The forum is closed, the option with Yandex or Google search will not work ... We tried the sphinx, but somehow it didn’t fit. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions?

Why didn't the Sphinx come?
I suspect that native IPB search only considers words and skips special characters. I'm not sure that this can be done using native IPB tools, but, for example, in the sphinx there is a setting responsible for the characters that need to be skipped (by default, all sorts of special characters just). Those. if you did achieve that the sphinx would work for you, then you just didn’t reach the exclusion with a special character from the skip list.
