iPad - how to get out of service mode?

Son (10 months) did something - and iPad 3 entered debug mode. A frame is drawn around icons and other controls, the active element is visible, when the task is removed, the first one is removed, regardless of which one is selected. The question is how to turn it off?

Reboot didn't help.

It can't be a regime for the blind or the disabled? Look in the settings (General -> Accessibility).

I did a "Reset all settings" and it helped.

Try holding down the menu and power buttons for 10 seconds.

Have you tried cable-itunes-firmware recovery?
