IP phone for negotiation, who uses what?

It took my leadership to install in the intercom, but not an ordinary handset, but a speakerphone (it seems to be called that).
Budget up to 25 thousand, with a scratch up to 30 thousand.
Conditions:
The room is not large, but with glass walls, which creates problems, echo cancellation is needed.
It is imperative that the microphone catches 360 degrees for up to 6 people.
Googled Googled, but the maximum that I googled is - https://market.yandex.ru/product/7329740?hid=979262
Not only is it without a separate power supply, but also some kind of specific one. Familiar with POE is just superficial.
And the most amazing thing is that this is really the only product with reviews on the entire Yandex market.
Comrades, help with advice? Who uses what? What other options are on the market in Moscow?

We use konftel. The sound is good from the side of the intercom, but a little weak on the other side, it is advisable to purchase a set of microphones. With ip, there are difficulties with video communication, so we put an analogue, plus a mini computer and a webcam with a telecom.
