How to "digitize" two analog lines and transfer to the sip server on the Internet?

Greetings. there is such task, in remote small branches there is a stationary analog telephony (two telephone cables come). The mini office is connected to the Internet, you can configure a static ip via dyn.
In another city there is an asterisk server with an IP address.
Is there a technical solution that with the help of a gateway with 2 fxo we can make trunking, I believe that without registering to our server. That is, so that on a server it was possible to hook this gateway on a certain IP as a trunk. That is, you need some kind of gateway that has a routing function and acts immediately as a sip server?

The technical solution you need is a voip gateway with fxo ports. Something like this:
AP200 Type -D www.addpac.com/addpac_eng2/addpac_product_view_det...
They usually cost about $300. There are, of course, much cheaper, but the difference may not pay off the spent nerves. In my memory, only the addpack and linksys spa hardware worked stably.
And, well, cisco isr;)
They are configured quite simply, via the web.
For each fxo-interface - a separate sip-trunk with an asterisk.
