Good afternoon. There is no initial knowledge, tell me the basics, where to start for an absolute beginner. Interested in mobile development for IOS MAC OS. At the moment, studying allows me to devote a lot of time to reading, I will watch a video on this topic and, of course, practice.
PLEASE tell me which languages to start with: general (c +, html, etc.) or immediately specific for the system (swift, etc.)
ps As I understand it, IOS development requires hardware on MAC OS. Macbook Pro 13 (2017) good for practice?

if the goal is development for makos / yaos, then it makes sense to start right away with swift.
mbp 13 is fine to start.
