IOS 7 on iPad mini - authorization flies?

Greetings. The problem is that as soon as safari is unloaded from the RAM, authorization on all sites flies, which is extremely disturbing. Is it curable or will I have to change to chrome?

Everything is fine with safari. Check if private mode is not enabled there? He is most likely.
