Invite module for phpbb3 forum?

Gentlemen, the next problem:
you need to make a forum on phpbb 3 with an invitation module. The condition is an invitation only from the admin. Other users should not be able to invite the user.
Are there such mods? Tell me plz

Thanks, the module is really good.
I was able to figure it out using the “phpbb3 invite a friend” module . Everything
turned out to be quite simple there. It was just necessary to create and bind user groups to the possibility of an invite.
