Invalid drive D:\ solution?

An error occurred when installing any program, the computer has drives C and E (it used to be a d drive, but after repair it became E: \)
, I open the program installer, it says "Invalid drive D: \", what should I do? there is enough space on the disks, Windows is suitable.

I reviewed YouTube, the people change the location of the Desktop Music folders in the regedit, and so on to the disk that writes in an error. does it really help?

no idea what you put there, where you have system and user folders,
but you can get by with a little bloodshed
and do it again D: \
RMB on the start icon (win + R diskmgmt.msc)> Disk Management
if the drive is assigned D: \
select the drive ( usually it is under the letter D, if not, then another partition)> change drive letter> change> put any
select drive E:\> change drive letter> change> put D:\

Press WIn + R, write diskmgmt.msc, then select your disk (E) in the list on the top left, RMB -> Change drive letter or path ..... and it’s clear further, and if the letter D is not there, then you will need to find it in the disk manager list and remove it.
