Internship in Canada, is it relevant for junior Linux administrators and how to leave?

I know that many people from the CIS countries are hired to work in North America as developers. Maybe someone knows or traveled already / is now and can help with the following questions:
- Is higher technical education in this area required to be hired? I saw in many vacancies they ask
- Will they take a juna sys admin Linux or a juna developer for the same C#?
- What are the requirements for higher positions?
- Where to look for vacancies / how to leave?
I would be grateful for any advice

@heyheyheyd

internship is just designed for the inept.
but, it is designed for those who are already in place, and not over the hill.

Is higher technical education in this area required to be hired? Seen in many vacancies asking
they ask. but not always. and especially in entry-level positions.
Will a juna sys admin take Linux or a juna a developer using the same C#?
they may take it, they may not take it: you, kagbe, do not understand at all how the market works. and that's okay in the beginning.
shaft of vacancies. but this does not guarantee that you will receive one of them.
What are the approximate requirements for the position above?
each company has its own requirements.
to get acquainted and form an opinion, it is enough to open one or two sites with vacancies and read thoughtfully.
Where can I see vacancies?
where to look for vacancies can be found on Google.
because the answer will be different not only by country, but even by region.
how to leave
generally a separate and extensive topic.
