No connection to mssql-server linux?

on Centos 7 I install SQL-server, version 15 from the repository. I launch the configurator and select the Free license, which is the third item. start the server and try to connect using the sqlcmd utility
sqlcmd -S localhost -U SA Наш пароль
Error

Check if instance name is correct and if SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. For more information see SQL Server Books Online.
If from Windows
Login failed for user 'SA'. (.Net SqlClient Data Provider)

Firewalls are disabled, SELINUX too.

The issue is closed.
Decision:

MSSQL_PID=Developer ACCEPT_EULA=Y MSSQL_SA_PASSWORD='ПАРОЛЬ' /opt/mssql/bin/mssql-conf -n setup

Perhaps PID was needed, but the problem was immediately resolved.
