Internship and work in Israel, where to run, where to go?

In less than a year I plan to move to Israel and decided to figure out now what to do and what opportunities exist. I know that there is a program for repatriates (I still have the opportunity) called Masa. But the essence of this program is that young guys are taught some kind of profession and then they are released to look for work or give some kind of internship at a startup.
I already have education and work experience as a front-end developer, are there any programs or companies that are willing to take on internships / work for visitors?
And how does the local IT world in Israel generally work?
