Internet showcase for a site on Bitrix. What to choose?

There is a working site on Bitrix, edition "Start". You need to put an online storefront on it, preferably with 1C integration.
Actually, the question is:
1. Is it possible to make such a product catalog from standard components on information blocks, and what is the approximate cost of such work?
2. Or will it be cheaper to expand the license to "Small Business", which now costs 28 thousand?

You'd better contact the performers. Buying Mal. Business you get a store with all the goodies. Even if you don't need a shopping cart, the catalog itself will work out much better if you have some filters, attributes, etc.

The catalog component is available on the "Start" edition, but on the "Start" edition, the functionality of the component can only be used to display a list of goods without prices and there is no way to buy a product. The price of the "Small Business" edition for you should be calculated minus the price of the "Start" edition.
If you have no money, you can look at www.merchium.ru - a free platform for creating online stores. There seems to be synchronization with 1C, but it’s better to check it yourself.
