Does joomla have a template settings page like wordpress?
People, I came across CMS joomla (I hoped that I would never have to, but it happened), here in the wordpress templates there is a template settings page, is there such a page in Joomla? Or how can you create and edit static areas of a site?

There are templates, there are styles, there are modules.
What do you need to edit?
There is a template editor: Manual screen for editing a template. UPD:
This is the module: "html-text". You create a module and paste HTML codes inside this module. Next, specify the position to display from all the available places in the template (drop-down selection on the right).
After saving - the counters (or something else in HTML) will be where you specified.
View possible module locations: domain.com/?tp=1 (first, you need to make sure that this is allowed in the admin panel!)
