Internet services for kindle 3?

So I decided to create a question. I think it will be useful not only for me.
The Kindle has the ability to receive all books and articles sent to a mail like [email protected][free.]kindle.com, which allows you to download the latest information wherever there is an Internet connection.
I found instapaper.com on the net - a good thing, you can mark articles for later reading and drop them on the reader. True, automatically (for some reason I don’t send it automatically at all), he does this a maximum of once a day and at an unknown time. If you could set the time and frequency yourself, then it would be generally super.
Who else uses what services?

Here is a useful plugin for sending to the reader directly from the browser of the open page: http://www.klip.me/sendtokindle/
