Internet problem (NDIS and rt640x64)?

When I go into the game, and something starts to download / upload, my Internet turns off. An NDIS error appears in the event log with code 10400 and the text: Network interface "Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller" has started resetting. During a hardware reset, the network connection will be momentarily interrupted. Cause: The network driver detected that its hardware has stopped responding to commands. Since the last initialization, this network interface has been reset the following number of times: 2. I have already reinstalled the drivers for all the next ones. I tried reinstalling the system, it helped for a while. I also tried it through an external USB network card, but when used after a while, the computer freezes tightly. OS: Windows 10.
