Internet does not work in browsers. Local network up to 50 computers that work through a proxy server. Computer Windows 7 Professional x32. Everything works on other computers. Checked for viruses, deleted. The network state is working. Sent / Received, but in browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, IE) - it is impossible to connect to the Internet, I tried almost everything: Reset settings, rearranged drivers, tried WinSockFix (similar problem). How to restore the default files of a Windows 7 Professional x32 set?

It was avast free, then I cleaned Dr. web cure it, Malwarebytes. firewall - no.
The virus has demolished the windows settings files that are responsible for the network.

And the proxy server on those computers is specified?
What proxy is being used?
