Internet in the apartment through a switch + router?

Hello everyone, I understand that this may be an easy question, but still I'm dumb.
There is a cable from the provider to the apartment in a special box for low voltage, from there cables go to 4 points in the apartment. The question arises, how to make sure that the router is not installed there (it will not be stupid to catch Wi-Fi due to the location of the box), but put in one of the rooms so that there is Wi-Fi and the ability to connect via cable to points in each room?

Put the router still in the box, and on one of the wires leading to the room or where to put a Wi-Fi access point with LAN ports there, there will be Wi-Fi and the ability to connect devices with a wire - that's all - no difficulties

I didn't quite understand the question.
Judging from the description, from the box with low-current "cables go to 4 points in the apartment." Those. in the box the wire is somehow switched and from there 4 cables of the TWISTED PAIR go? If yes. Then connect to any one of the 4 points in the apartment. Although, if it were all so simple, this question would not be here.
Look, you can put a router with wifi near the box and put a wifi repeater socket in the apartment which (the repeater is called). I can’t advise for all 100, because. did not use it myself.
Or do it differently. Buy scotch locks (8 pieces, 1 piece for each pair). You throw the wire yourself where you need it and use adhesive tape at the junction. There the connection will be of high quality and tightly. If you don’t have crimps, then take a ready-made CORD PATCH in the same CSN, for example, longer. Cut off 1 end and run it through the apartment and at the end connect it through the adhesive tape. That will probably be even better. Find the best place for yourself.

Buy an RJ-45 "barrel" (aka a connecting adapter) and combine the wire from the provider and the wire to the room. In the room itself, already put a Wi-Fi router.
Cheaper than fencing access points. Naturally, it is better to choose a quality one.
