Internet: implement network aggregation/switching from 2 3G/4G antennas to PC?

Hello Khabrovites!
I would be grateful for any infe and criticism that helps to realize this "project" in the best possible way :)
What is my goal?
In order to be able to switch to another more distant 3G BS, which will be less loaded and therefore will give a 3G speed higher than the BS of the loaded channel 4G. Further below is the CONCEPT, or a description of how I visualize this scheme and ask experts in this topic to clarify how it is technically more correct to implement this "project" in practice. In theory, we have two antennas: • antenna-1 catches 3G • antenna-2 catches 4G
Is it possible:
• to connect these two antennas to a computer directly or through some network equipment ( switch? ) to aggregate the Internet of these two networks?
• be able to switch from antenna-1 to antenna-2 ( back and forth ), thereby changing the network ( 3G <–> 4G ) — switch on the computer software, or hardware on the network equipment?
With the help of what equipment and programs can all this be technically implemented?
Clarification:

  • Is there a difference if both antennas are tuned to two BSs of different cellular operators? For example: antenna-1 catches 3G from Megafon BS, and antenna-2 catches 4G from Tele2 BS.
    Or is it better in this project for both antennas to work with two BS of the same cellular operator?
  • The distance to the 3G BS is close, so antenna-1 operates at high frequencies of the 3G network.
    The distance to the 4G BS is far, so antenna-2 operates at low / medium frequencies of the 4G network.

[note]
BS - base station (tower) of a cellular operator.

Recently on Habré there was an article about this, but the parser is a goof and does not allow it to be linked here. It's called "True Internet Channel Summarization - OpenMPTCPRouter".

It's time to think about:
hiring a specialist;
switch to a wired connection;
stop using home solutions in business.
business-level routers can do everything they want.
Clarification: depends on the requirements for channel reservation and how the operators' channels to the antennas are actually organized. You must answer this question
