Internet for two computers

There are two computers on both Windows 7.

The first one has two network cards. One goes to the Internet, and from the second there is a cable to the second computer.

Network card settings on the first computer:
IP: 192.168.0.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
+ shared Internet access

Second network card settings:
IP: 192.168.0.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS: 192.168.0.1

The network is working , but there is no Internet :( I have

already dug up the entire Yandex and half of Google, but I can’t cope with the problem.

Help me figure out where I am a fool.

As DNS, on the computer that should receive the Internet, specify the DNS provider. And yet, do you happen to have internet through a VPN? If yes, then you need to share it. And as mentioned earlier - check the firewall. In general, I would not dig and let the Internet go through a proxy server, for one you will get detailed information about the traffic from the second computer =)

If you fumble the Internet, on the second, remove the IP and everything else

DNS: 192.168.0.1

This was done in vain. Or do you have a DNS server installed on the first computer? It is better to register those servers that are used on the first computer, well, or Google 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
If it still doesn’t work, then you still need to check if the firewall is blocking transit connections (temporarily disable it on both computers and see if it works).

Please buy a D-link DIR-300 router (it has Wi-FI) or even DIR-100 (it doesn't have Wi-Fi) and you will solve your problem in 5-10 minutes :)
It's just that my personal experience suggests that more ninety-nine percent of users who want to transfer the Internet from one computer to another (especially when both are running windows, will be more than satisfied with a solution with one router.
A router (in Russian they call a router), by the way, is actually intended for this :)

All in all, it was just pretty.
It was just necessary to replace 192.168.0.* with 192.168.137.*
I don’t know what street magic is, but it worked :)

Did you share the Internet connection with the second network card?

@Kindman

For verification, you can put a web proxy on a computer with two network cards, and configure the second computer (for all programs using the Internet) to access the network through this proxy.

Step by step:
On the computer server (if the Internet comes to the network card immediately, without pppoe or vpn)
0. Check in the services if the Windows Firewall is running
1. LAN1 (which looks towards the provider) is configured accordingly (enter the IP address, mask, gateway, DNS). Remember this DNS. Go to the "Advanced" tab of the connection properties, check the box next to "Allow other users to use this connection." In the drop-down list in this window (it may not appear, by the way), select LAN2 (the connection that looks into your home network).
2. In the properties of LAN2, set the IP address 192.168.0.1 and the mask 255.255.255.0. We do not enter anything else.
3. On the client computer, configure the connection as follows: IP:192.168.0.2, Mask:255.255.255.0, Gateway:192.168.0.1, DNS:<the one we remembered in step 1>. If your connection settings to the provider are obtained via dhcp (automatically), then DNS can be viewed in the LAN1 connection status (on the computer server) on the “Support” tab.
If you get the Internet via VPN or PPPoE, then you need to share access to this VPN / PPPoE connection. The rest is kind of exactly the same as if without them.

Reset all network card settings to automatic and use the network setup wizard on both computers in order. Seriously.
