Internet connection problems?

Background:
the grandmother said that some window popped up in which she pressed something, then another window popped up in which she pressed something again.
And now the problem itself - chrome stopped running (in general), and the connection to the wifi access point is also not normally established.
By “not normally installed”, I mean this: identification takes a long time, then 90% of the time it says that there is no Internet connection and the wifi icon gets a yellow marker, the remaining 10% - as it is written - there is Internet, but the pages are still not loading in another browser, no site is pinged, and even the router is not pinging (everything is fine from other devices). And now, after connecting to the network, disconnections constantly occur and there is an Internet / no change.
What I noticed was unusual - in the list of network adapters in the name of the adapter, instead of the inscription TP-Link wireless, etc., it simply says Wireless network, and when connected to wifi, then TP-link wirel .... is added only from the bottom. This I mean that under normal conditions, there is an inscription on top, for example, wifi, and in the middle - the name of the access point.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, no result. Just in case, the firewall is turned off.
Additional information :
OS - windows 7
wifi adapter - TL-WN722N

Grandma probably made all network connections "guest". Or some thread launched malware.
Launch another browser or do a "clean launch" of chrome.
And control the launch through the task manager and the "Event Logs"
Well, why?! Turn it back!
Drivers do not always remove general settings, such as "guest connections" and others, so you need to reset these settings.
In general, the easiest way is to simply roll back to the date in front of these windows and that's it.

Will grandma run the cryptographer tomorrow? If this is Windows sticking out naked, sing into tyrnet - turn on all the protective mechanisms it has! UAC, Firewall, Windows Defender! (especially UAC - it's great for playful hands! I appreciated it after I turned it on on my child's computer :) before that, as always, I cut it down the fuck ...)
