Internet chat on your server?

Branches of our organization are scattered in different cities. You need to organize a chat, such as the popular local Vypress Chat but over the Internet.
IRC do not advise, plz.

skype\jaber is not suitable - you need to have a classic chat. I entered under any nickname and immediately you see the correspondence of everyone. Those. like a regular Vypress Chat, etc.
