Internet buggy in Ubuntu when running torrent client?
Internet - a direct connection (just plug the cord into the network card, you don’t need to configure anything)
When the torrent client is running (I checked it on Transmission and Deluge, when downloading and when distributing), the Internet starts to lag terribly - sites load terribly long, often they don’t load at all. Although in Windows there are no such problems. What could be the problem? (I / O scheduler has already changed).

if you use utorrent 2.x+ in Windows, then it simply gives way to the browser bandwidth, so you don't notice the brakes. because in ubuntu just set the speed limit in the torrent client somewhere at 90-95% of the maximum and you will be happy. well, or use the linux version of utorrent
the torrent squeezes out all the speed, you need to set a limit (which you probably have in Windows)
It may be worth trying to change the torrent client to Ubuntu.
Try it, maybe it's the client.
In Windows uTorrent. After the speed limit, it really stopped being buggy, but it now distributes a little.
Limit the number of simultaneous connections, you probably have a default limit on them.
I had the same situation, it is stably treated by limiting the download speed (I use Deluge).
